David joined CIVC in 1999 and has completed transactions in the business services, telecommunications, and industrial growth industries. David is a director of Thermo Fluids Inc., and Precision Camera & Video Repair, Inc., works closely with LA Fitness International, LLC, and is actively focused on new investment opportunities in the education industry. Prior to joining CIVC, David was an investment banker at Salomon, where he was involved in a variety of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. He was also a summer intern at McKinsey & Company. David received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, where he graduated with high honors, and a Master of Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
