Prior to joining CIVC in 2002, Chris was a Senior Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Ernst & Young, LLP, where he participated in over 100 acquisitions, divestitures, and investments in various industries, including business services, manufacturing, distribution, and technology. He also held various positions with U.S. Robotics, Inc. / 3COM Corporation, including Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis and Assistant Controller with the Network Systems Division. Chris has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant.
