Mike joined CIVC in 1999 and has completed transactions in the financial services, industrial growth, and business services industries. Prior to joining CIVC, Mike worked in the Investment Banking Division at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions in the financial services industry. He also spent three years at Ford Motor Company in a management training program. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
