Chris is an active investor in the business services industry and shares overall strategic and operating responsibility for CIVC. Chris joined CIVC as a partner in 1994 after leading Continental Bank’s successful Mezzanine Investments and Structured Finance groups. He is a director of The Brickman Group Ltd., LA Fitness International LLC, ThermoFluids, Inc., Icon Identity Solutions Inc., Wintrust Financial, Pipeline Industries, Inc., and KS Energy Services. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, a member of the Board of Trustees at Loyola Academy, and a member of the Archdiocese of Chicago Investment Committee. Prior to joining Continental in 1985, he served as a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department of the Northern Trust Company. Chris began his career with Coopers & Lybrand and has served as a CFO in both public and private companies. Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
