Prior to joining CIVC in 2011, Doug was an Associate with AEA Investors where he focused on investments in the industrial and consumer services sectors. Prior to AEA, Doug was a consultant with L.E.K. Consulting where he worked with corporate and private equity clients on a variety of strategic projects. He was also a Summer Associate with The Blackstone Group. Doug received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
