Scott joined CIVC in 2004 and has completed transactions in the financial services and industrial growth industries. He is a director of Guardian Warranty Corporation and Innovative Aftermarket Systems. Prior to joining CIVC, Scott was a Vice President at American Industrial Partners, where he focused on acquisitions in the industrial growth and business services industries. He also previously served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, advising companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, operations, and strategy. Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with high honors.
