J.D. joined CIVC in 2008 and has completed transactions in the business services industry. J.D. works closely with PowerTeam Services and EN Engineering, and is actively focused on new investment opportunities in the business services and financial services industries. Prior to joining CIVC, J.D. was an investment banker for Harris Williams & Co., where he was involved in a variety of M&A and corporate finance transactions. J.D. received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
