CHICAGO, IL, July 16, 2018–CIVC Partners has hired Nicholas Canderan as Director of Business Development. Mr. Canderan will lead CIVC’s origination, marketing and business development efforts focused on investment banks, brokers, executives, and other transaction sources.
Mr. Canderan has more than eight years of sales and business development experience, most recently spending the past five years at Axial, a transaction network for middle-market M&A professionals. At Axial, he was responsible for working with middle-market private equity firms to improve their business development efforts. He has his undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

CIVC invests from $15 million to $85 million in companies that have at least $5 million of EBITDA. Sectors of interest include business services and financial services.
