Barbara joined CIVC in 2020 and has responsibility for financial and tax reporting and fund accounting, as well as assisting with administrative and compliance functions of the firm. Prior to CIVC, she was with Prairie Capital, a middle market PE firm, where she managed the accounting, financial reporting, and administration of the funds. Barbara has over 21 years of accounting experience in private equity and financial services industries and holds a B.A. in Accounting from St. Anselm College.
