Ramsen joined CIVC in 2026 and focuses on managing relationships with entrepreneurs and business owners. Prior to CIVC, Ramsen was a Business Development Associate at Digs Dog Care, a PE-backed pet services platform, where he focused on deal origination and sourcing acquisition opportunities. Prior to Digs, Ramsen was a Private Banking Associate at CIBC US in Chicago, where he focused on credit underwriting and financial analysis. Ramsen received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.
