Rich joined CIVC in 2024 and is responsible for the tax reporting and compliance process. Prior to joining CIVC, Rich was a Senior Tax Manager with Ernst & Young for four years, working in the Financial Services Group. Prior to Ernst & Young, he spent 12 years with Morgan Stanley, in the Investment Management Division, as a Vice President of Tax, providing tax services for a variety of private equity and real asset funds. Rich has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
