PHILADELPHIA, PA — CIVC Partners, L.P. (“CIVC”), a Chicago-based middle market private equity firm, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Magna Legal Services (“Magna”), has completed the acquisition of O’Brien & Levine Court Reporting Solutions (“O’Brien & Levine” or the “Company”).
O’Brien & Levine was founded in 1990, and over the last three decades has established itself as one of the largest independent providers of court reporting services in Boston and the greater New England region.
