Steve joined CIVC in 2021 and is focused on new investment opportunities and working with portfolio companies. Steve is currently a director of KeyData, InnovateMR and HR Green. Prior to CIVC, Steve was an Associate at AVALT, where he invested in business and consumer services companies. Previously, he worked as a consultant at Bain & Company. He also has experience owning and operating a service business. Steve graduated cum laude from Boston College, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting.
