Scott joined CIVC in 2004 and is focused on leading new investment opportunities and working with portfolio companies. Scott is currently a director of Strategus, Industrial Networking Solutions, Novara and KPA. He has formerly served as a director of other CIVC investments including 829 Studios, Magna Legal Services, Innovative Aftermarket Systems and GWC Warranty Corporation. Prior to CIVC, Scott was a Vice President at American Industrial Partners, where he focused on acquisitions in the lower middle market. He also previously served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, advising companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, operations, and strategy. Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
